Orders FAQ
When will my order ship?
In-Stock item orders will normally ship out in 1-2 business days after the order has been processed. This does not take into account weekends or holidays. If an order is placed on Friday it might not ship until Tuesday, please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Pre-order items will ship out approximately 4-5 weeks after the Pre-order window has closed. (Please check the item's product page for the exact date the Pre-order window closes)
When your order ships you will receive a confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please fill out the form above and our customer service team will assist you as quickly as possible.
Why do Pre-orders take so long to ship?
Unfortunately, as we are just starting out and on the smaller side, our Pre-orders are made to order. Once the Pre-order window closes we start the creation process.
We hope to improve our Pre-order ship times as we move forward. Until then we thank you for your patience.
What is your return policy?
At Star Caliber Merch, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. As such, we have no refund policy. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Damages and issues: in the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
False Chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.

Do you have a physical location?
Currently, we do not have a physical location where you can shop. We do however plan to eventually set up booths at events such as Twitch Con. Follow our Twitter for updates!

How can I join your roster?
As of now, we are currently only reaching out to a select few content creators. As we move forward we do plan on opening up more spots.

How should I wash my new garment?
To help your favorite merch stay in good condition follow this guide:
- Turn inside out prior to wash
- Wash cold and with similar colors
- Do not use fabric softener or bleach
- Hang / lay flat dry (Avoid direct sunlight) Tumble on no heat if you must
- Flip garment inside out to iron
Will you add more items to your store?
Yes! We are continuously designing and working on new merch. We hope to eventually release a lot of different types of items. When a new product becomes available we will share it on our Instagram page and immediately add it to our site.
